TEEN MOM fans could not get over a throwback photo of Farrah Abraham before her MAJOR plastic surgery overhaul.
Commenters have been left shocked over how unrecognizable she once looked.
Farrah, 30, re-shared a before-and-after from pre and post-plastic surgery to Instagram Stories.
“God is good,” she captioned the side-by-side, first created by a fan account.
In the “before” image, the Teen Mom OG star sweetly smiled with locks of brown hair, and in the more recent “after” – was platinum blonde with her signature large pout and cheekbones.
Harsh trolls flooded the comments, some noting how “naturally prettier” she once was.
“Farrah was naturally beautiful until she had all that surgery messed up her natural beauty,” one Instagram user bashed under the fan account’s shocking comparison.
“Farrah was prettier when younger now her face all fake,” wrote another.
“Ewe. Nasty,” ripped a third.
A fourth simply wrote: “Cringe!” though a fifth called Farrah’s new look “cute” while ammending they “don’t like her at all.”

The mom-of-one has famously gone under the knife many times.
She underwent a breast augmentation in 2010 before undergoing a rhinoplasty and chin implant in 2012.
Farrah then underwent a second breast augmentation in 2013 to increase her cup size from C to D.
That same year, she also received lip injections.
Then in 2015, she underwent a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure. She has also admitted to getting Botox and fillers in her face.
Farrah previously described her body makeover in her book, Dream Twenties: Self Guided Self Help Memoir.
She wrote: “Yes, it’s true, I got plastic surgery and with that responsibility and freedom, there is a lot I learned.
And on the one surgery she regrets: “There will be those insecure times with plastic surgery, where it’s not like the amazing boob job that just changes your world where life is going to stay sunny and pour money all over you, no I’m talking about when I got a chin implant.”
Farrah was fired from MTV in 2017 due to her decision to work in the adult entertainment industry, according to the legal documents obtained by The Blast.
She recently returned to the network, however, to film one episode of Teen Mom: Family Reunion with her ex-co-stars – which didn’t go fantastically.
Shortly after the spinoff aired, Farrah checked into a treatment facility for a 30-day stint to deal with trauma.
She has now said she is pursuing stand-up comedy – meanwhile, her mom Debra is professionally “rapping.”
