Outstanding and different advantages
Nguyen Dinh Trong, who purchased a villa in Aqua City, said that as Vietnam’s upper class grows, the demand for worthy real estate will also increase rapidly.
“However, only products with unique benefits, like Aqua City, are sufficient to attract this customer group and grow in value over time,” Trong said.

Aqua City, a 1,000-hectare development in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s east, aspires to create a new standard of life for elite residents through smart design and an asynchronous and modern internal utility ecosystem.
Typically, Aqua Marina is the area’s largest square and marina complex, with hundreds of yachts moored, a European-style square with a capacity of up to 10,000 people, a shopping – entertainment – cuisine area; a theater by the river; Aqua City Resort by fusion; 4-star standard Novotel hotel; 11,000-seat Aqua Arena indoor multipurpose entertainment center, and so on.

The project is also impressed by 32 kilometers of river lines to diversify the transportation network, as well as marinas located throughout the community to enhance residents’ living experience. Residents and visitors only take about 30 minutes to travel along the Saigon River to central HCMC.
Aqua City’s value is also significantly enhanced as its utility system is administered and managed by NovaGroup’s ecosystem.
Hang Nga and her husband (HCMC), who have been investors in Aqua City since the beginning, pay a lot of attention to the project’s progress.
“Investors are constantly worried about how their investments are going. However, every time I visit Aqua City, I feel more secure and confident in the project’s success,” Nga stated.

Nga’s family, as well as many investors, are pleased with the sight of the modern and vibrant urban area when they visit Aqua City at this time. Aqua Marina, Garden Palace Light Palace, modern clubhouse chain, streets, green riverfront park, and 7,000-sq.m security center using AI technology have all been completed.
Other modern amenities are gradually being completed too, including Aqua Central Mall, which spans 1.4 hectares and offers shopping, entertainment, and culinary services; Aqua Sport Complex, which spans more than two hectares and offers full indoor and outdoor sports equipment, health care; Citigym, Citispa that integrates with food and shopping areas; and boutique shophouses with well-known brands like Xing Fu Tang, Gloria Jean’s, Lotteria, Mango Tree, etc.
Nguyen Anh Hung, an investor from District 2 in HCMC, said he chose Aqua City because of the project’s strategic position.
“Aqua City possesses great potential for price increases, especially at a time when a series of infrastructure projects are focused on speeding up the progress,” said Hung.
According to Hung, Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway is expected to open in September this year and Long Thanh International Airport in the first phase of 2025. These projects will activate the growth of the east and establish an airport city, the region’s leading trade and tourism and entertainment hub.
Especially, two important transport projects Vam Cai Sut Bridge and Huong Lo 2 (phase one) will provide growth opportunities for Aqua City in particular and for the urban axis along the Dong Nai River when they are completed.

“In 2022, Aqua City will gradually complete and welcome its first residents. This will create resilience so that Aqua City will continue to grow rapidly in the near future. Some of my friends have decided to own a second product in Aqua City,” Hung said.
Aqua City will launch a canoe excursion on the Saigon – Dong Nai river route for customers to enjoy the project’s river nature on the weekend of April 16 and 17.
